All folks planning to have a child or folks who are currently pregnant or parenting children up to two years of age.
What…
Healthy Families, Healthy Babies (Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program) services are adaptable and based on participants needs, interests, and comfort level. Every new parent is different and has different needs.
Groups and workshops are offered when there is interest in the community. Connect with us to find out about our schedule. Past groups have included: Tidal Voices – women’s sharing circle, Pops Parler – dad group, Parent Child Mother Goose – music circle.
Respite – two hours a week per family until baby reaches one year of age that parenting folks can use as they want: pop out to have a coffee, do meal prep, a shower, a walk, errands, access resources, advocacy, chats.

Healthy Families, Healthy Babies centre is open Monday to Thursday from noon to six pm.
Due to the nature of our work supporting new parents, sometimes HFHB workers are off-site. If you’d like to connect with a worker, it’s often best to call ahead.
Respite is scheduled in coordination with parents.
